• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Personalized or customized products

• Items on clearance or final sale

• Used or damaged items not due to shipping

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges
